Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and dietary guidelines.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents promptly and courteously.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety protocols.
• Record dietary restrictions and report deviations to nursing staff.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages or expired items.
