Job summary

You will set up dining areas, assist cooks, deliver trays, and help with cleanup while ensuring timely service. A high school diploma is expected; food-handling basics are required and certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dietary aide and customer service
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
• Meal preparation according to instructions
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina for fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order
• Prepare meals under supervision of a dietary manager or cook
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms on time
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and clear dining areas
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage
• Keep food stations clean and inventory maintained
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances
