Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Dimondale, MI is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, plating, tray delivery, and dining-room service in a full- or part-time role. You’ll help maintain clean kitchen and dining areas and foster a welcoming, healing atmosphere for residents and families.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with hero pay of $0.85 per hour and annual increases; new rates total $15.85/hour.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service with commitment to compassionate care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following guidelines and regulations.
• Plate food and assemble trays.
• Assist with serving in dining room or delivering trays to rooms.
