Job summary

NexCare Health in Dimondale, MI is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal prep, tray assembly, and dining room service with a focus on hospitality and patient care.

The role offers new hourly rates ($15.85/hr) with starting wages of $15.00/hr, plus yearly wage increases and a full benefits package including medical, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match. Both part-time (afternoons) and full-time shifts are available, with rotating weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required at minimum

Responsibilities

• You will assist with preparing meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
• You will plate food and assemble trays
• You may assist with serving in the dining room or delivering trays to rooms
• You will assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen and dining areas
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our daily interactions with our guests, their families, and visitors.
