Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of meals and beverages.
• Prepare trays according to diet cards for scheduled meals.
• Assist with loading food carts and serving meals to guests and staff.
• Clean and wrap silverware and ensure cleanliness of dishes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary dietary area throughout shift.
• Report equipment malfunctions and supply needs to supervisor.
