Legacy Healthcare LLC in Waukon, IA is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in meal prep, tray assembly, and serving to guests and staff within a clean, sanitary dietary department.

You will support QA/QAPI initiatives, follow policies, and participate in trainings while maintaining safety and quality in a health care setting. A high school diploma is required; food sanitation certification and one year of dietary aide experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Sanitation Certification preferred.
• One year of Dietary Aide experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of meals and beverages.
• Participate in food tray line and prepare trays per diet cards.
• Assist with loading food carts and serving meals to guests and staff.
• Bag and store food items as directed.
• Clean and wrap silverware, inspect for cleanliness.
• Bus and clean tables after meals throughout the facility.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and sort/stack clean dishes.
• Ensure proper storage of dishes and utensils.
• Support table setup and sanitation procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions and supply needs to supervisor.
• Follow QAPI policies and participate in trainings.
