Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse per department policies
• Manage supplies: rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO)
• Prepare foods: follow menu and recipes to prepare meals safely
• Serve meals: portion and serve according to recipes and spreadsheet
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils
