Brentwood Terrace CSNHC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our care team. You will support nutrition and resident care by assisting with meal service, maintaining cleanliness, and helping manage supplies in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is trustworthy, punctual, and able to multitask while following recipes and safety procedures. You will work with dining and nursing staff to ensure high-quality meals and resident satisfaction every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse per policy.
• Manage supplies by delivering and rotating food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare foods by following menu and standardized recipes.
• Serve meals by portioning and serving as directed by recipes and spreadsheets.
• Sanitize equipment by washing and storing dishes and cooking gear.
