Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow simple recipes and procedures.
• Food handlers’ certificate required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays for service.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals to residents.
• Operate dishwasher and monitor cycles.
• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen surfaces and floors.
• Carry out trash and garbage disposal.
