First Atlantic Healthcare in Dover-Foxcroft, ME is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. This part-time to full-time role supports meal service for residents and collaborates with Dietary Managers and Cooks to deliver nutritious meals in a clean, safe environment.

Shifts run from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm, or 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm, with flexibility and more hours possible. Starting wage is $15.00/hour and grows with experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior experience necessary—we are happy to train you!

• Meal Prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organization: Set up/take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance.

Job Details

• Position: Part-time to Full-time Dietary Aide (must be able to work alternating weekends)
• Shift Options: 5:30 am‑2 pm, 10:30 am‑7 pm, 12 pm‑7:30 pm, 1 pm‑7:30 pm; flexibility and more hours are possible.
• Salary: Starting $15.00 per hour (wages increase with experience)
