Solero Youngstown is seeking a dependable kitchen support team member to assist cooks with meal prep, plating, and kitchen operations in a structured outpatient program environment. You will help ensure timely service and maintain sanitation in all food areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, being 21+, and holding a Food Safe Certification, with opportunities for benefits and professional growth within a supportive health-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience combination.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Food Safe Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Cook with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen operations.
• Plate and tray meals accurately according to tray tickets, menus, and established policies and procedures.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
• Prepare, transport, and serve meals in a timely and professional manner.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a sanitary kitchen and dining area in compliance with health regulations.
• Support the Executive Chef, Food Services Director, Manager, or Cook as directed to ensure consistent, quality food service.
