Qualifications

• Food handlers’ certificate required.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures.
• Basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip and wash returned trays; operate dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize work surfaces and floors.
• Maintain safe food handling and report issues to supervisor.
