Job summary

Napaidence Opco, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meals, service, and kitchen operations at our Napa, CA facility. The role involves setting up trays, assisting with serving, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

You will learn routines quickly, perform dishwashing tasks, and help prepare nourishments, while working closely with the Cook and Dietary supervisor to ensure smooth meal service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Must obtain and maintain a food handlers' certificate.

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly and follow them accurately.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; keep kitchen clean and sanitary.
• Assist with orientation and on-going training of dietary staff.
• Collaborate with personnel in all departments as needed.
