The Arbors & The Ivy Assisted Living Residential Communities in Dracut, MA is hiring a Dietary Aide (Utility Worker) for full-time or part-time work in the kitchen. You will mop, clean, and maintain kitchen areas according to health standards while supporting the dining team.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, dependable, team players, and comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work. Training on safety procedures will be provided; we value respect for residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous dietary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Follows procedures and safety rules without shortcuts.

Responsibilities

• Mop and clean all kitchen areas daily according to health department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Clean cookware and dishwashing areas nightly.
• Perform regular deep-cleaning of kitchens and dining areas.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and in working order.
• Follow all OSHA and safety procedures.
• Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
