The Arbors Assisted Living Residential Communities in Massachusetts is seeking a Dietary Aide (Utility Worker) to support kitchen operations in a full-time or part-time capacity. You will mop, clean, and maintain equipment, ensuring sanitary standards and safe food handling while helping the team.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to perform repetitive tasks; prior dietary or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous dietary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Follows procedures and safety rules without shortcuts.
• Takes pride in a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Mop and clean all kitchen areas daily according to health department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Clean cookware and dishwashing areas nightly.
• Perform regular deep-cleaning of kitchens and dining areas.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and in working order.
• Follow all OSHA and safety procedures.
• Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
