Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals according to planned menus and special diets.
• Prepare & serve residents with snacks and substitute foods as needed.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and infection control practices in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Perform dishwashing and general cleaning; keep utensils ready for the next meal.
• Deliver snacks, meals, and transport food carts/trays to designated areas.
