MADO Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the cleaning and food preparation duties in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring hygienic conditions in line with city and state regulations. The role also supports the dietary cook in meal preparation for clients.

Must be able to work rotating shifts and interact with clients, families and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining orderly storage and work areas, with duties across meals and snack service.

Qualificações

• Must have interpersonal skills to exchange information and maintain courteous relationships with clients, families, supervisors and visitors.
• Must be free of a disqualifying criminal background per Illinois Department of Public Health.
• Must hold Illinois Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Operate kitchen equipment.
• Prepare all beverages for meal service.
• Scrape and wash dishes as needed.
• Clean up after meals: wash tables, chairs, prep areas and work stations, sweep and mop.
• Take out garbage to dumpster.
• Maintain clean, orderly storage and work areas.
• Prepare evening snack for evening shift.
