Job summary

MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital is seeking a Dietary Aide II to support our Nutrition Services team in delivering high-quality nutritional care to patients, families, and visitors. You will assist with plating, delivery, cashier duties, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to dietary requirements and hospital standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Washington State Food Handlers Card within seven days of hire, with prior institutional or restaurant

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Washington State Food Handlers Card within seven days of hire.
• Previous experience in institutional or restaurant food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of functions from assembly, plating to delivery.
• Perform cashier-related duties.
• Maintain records and follow procedures, regulations and organizational standards.
• Provide excellent customer service for all in our diverse patient population.
• Utilize an understanding of special dietary needs.
