Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods; forklift cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals in the dietary department.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food production, including plating and presentation.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to serve meals promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of foods.
• Support menu planning and food waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless resident service.
