Eastland Sub Acute & Rehabilitation in El Monte, CA is seeking a Dietary Aide for a full-time 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM shift to support patient meals and kitchen operations. You will prepare, portion, and serve nourishing diets while keeping stations clean and organized.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination with booster, and an active Safe Serve Food Handler's Card. Must be able to stand for long periods and maintain good health.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots.
• Requires an active and current Safe Serve Food Handler's Card.
• Good physical health to stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Serve palatable, nourishing, and well-balanced diets.
• Assist in cooking and gathering ingredients for meals.
• Assists in dishwashing operation and cleaning tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.
