Job summary

Winfield Senior Living Community is hiring a Dietary Aide to help provide meals tailored to residents' nutritional needs and create a welcoming dining environment. You will assist with meal prep, serve residents, and ensure cleanliness throughout dining areas.

• Experience in a SNF or LTC setting preferred but not required. We’re willing to train.

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Assist in meal preparation under guidance of Dietary Manager or Cook.
• Deliver meals and trays to residents at scheduled times.
• Clear dining areas and collect dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Clean and sanitize food stations, dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Restock tables and service areas with condiments and supplies.

Join our team as a Dietary Aide and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their families. In this role, you’ll assist with preparing and serving meals tailored to residents’ nutritional needs, while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
