Job summary

Grace Manor Care Center in Colorado is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation and serving for residents, ensuring meals meet nutritional needs and dining areas remain clean and welcoming.

You will support the Dietary Manager and Kitchen staff, deliver meals on schedule, restock utensils, and help create a positive dining experience for residents and families. Training is available, and we offer shift differentials, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order
• Assist in meal preparation under guidance of the Dietary Manager or Cook
• Deliver meals and trays to residents at scheduled times
• Clear dining areas and collect dishes, utensils, and glassware
• Clean and sanitize stations, dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Restock tables and service areas with condiments and supplies

About the Role:

Join our team as a Dietary Aide and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their families. In this role, you’ll assist with preparing and serving meals tailored to residents’ nutritional needs, while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
• Assist in meal preparation under the guidance of the Dietary Manager or Cook
• Deliver meals and trays to residents at scheduled times
• Clear dining areas and collect dishes, utensils, and glassware
• Clean and sanitize food stations, dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Restock tables and service areas with condiments and supplies
