Job summary

Sandstone Estates is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide in Tucson, AZ to support residents with nutritious meals and excellent service.

You will assist with meal preparation, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and help the dietary team prepare and deliver meals, while accommodating special diets and maintaining a friendly, resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed.
• Compassionate, resident-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and service based on residents' dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Support the dietary team with food prep, portioning, and timely delivery.
• Accommodate special diets (low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, vegetarian, etc.).
• Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
