Job summary

Restaura in Midlothian, Virginia, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our dining and nutrition services team and deliver warm, guest-centered service to residents each day. You will help with meal service in the dining room and assist with tray delivery, set up and sanitize dining areas, and ensure meals align with diet orders and presentation standards.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, attentive service to residents and guests during meal periods
• Assist with meal service in the dining room and/or tray delivery to residents
• Set up, clear, and sanitize dining areas and workstations
• Support plating and portioning meals following diet orders and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, and dish areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies to ensure smooth service
• Communicate resident preferences and needs to the team
• Support special events and themed dining experiences
