Dietary Aide - FT (Food Services)
General Purpose
The dietary aide's assignments are determined based on the activity of the shift. He/she reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills: Ability to read technical procedures, follow recipes, and communicate effectively with managers and staff.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must obtain and maintain a food handler's certificate.
Physical Demands
Requires standing, walking frequently; sitting occasionally; reaching, pushing, pulling frequently; talking, hearing, tasting, smelling frequently; lifting up to 50 pounds; occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling; good vision and focus.
Work Environment
