Job summary

Givens Highland Farms, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Black Mountain, NC, is hiring for Full-Time and PRN Dietary Aides to support our Healthcare/Lodge Dining team and serve residents with warmth.

No prior experience required; training is provided. Compensation is $17.00 - $18.50 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for educational assistance and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and setting up dining areas for service
• Wash dishes and help keep the kitchen clean
• Plate food according to tickets for residents
• Keep the dining room clean
• Perform server duties to ensure resident satisfaction
• Resetting the dining room after service
• Assist in carryout meals as necessary
• Handle and operate equipment in the assigned area
• Work independently and remain responsible for actions
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Hours & Availability: Working weekdays as needed plus at least one weekend day.
