Huebner Creek Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support meal service and resident care. The role requires trustworthiness, dependable attendance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with a team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality of service for residents. Responsibilities include assembling trays, delivering meals, managing supplies, preparing foods, serving meals, and sanitizing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse per departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage supplies by delivering and rotating food and floor supplies according to standards (FIFO).
• Prepare meals following menu and standardized recipes to ensure safe and efficient preparation.
• Serve meals according to recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
