Job summary

Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with meals, sanitation, and dining services. You will assist in meal preparation, serving, and monitoring inventory to ensure a clean, safe food service area.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, assembly, and serving of meals to residents.
• Maintain food storage areas, inventory, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with food deliveries and tray service.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the dining experience.
