Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of patient meals, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
• Maintain accurate records of food service, including patient meal counts and food inventory.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Prepare and deliver patient trays, including serving meals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clean and sanitize food service equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the dietary department to plan and execute special events and holiday meals.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
