HHS Senior Living, LLC (USA) is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join the Lutheran Home dietary team in Arlington Heights, IL. You will assist with menu selections, deliver meals, and ensure patient satisfaction with timely, accurate service.

Wage is $18/hour with full-time and part-time shifts available across day, evening, and night. A background check and proof of employment eligibility are required, with robust benefits and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Culinary experience preferred (cook, kitchen, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Deliver meals and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold and hot items and condiments for meal service.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management to help the department operate efficiently.
