Job summary

Summit Healthcare is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support our dietary team in delivering timely meals aligned with each patient’s orders and dietary needs.

Responsibilities include providing excellent patient service, delivering menus, and preparing hot and cold items while following health and safety policies. Full-time and part-time shifts across day, evening, and night are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Good personal hygiene and neat grooming in a uniform.
• Culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
