Job summary

The Peak Rehabilitation Hospital in the United States is seeking friendly dietary team members to assist patients with meal selections and timely delivery of meals. You will help with menu delivery, ensure dietary accuracy, and provide outstanding patient service in a hospital setting.

Positions are full-time or part-time with day, evening, and night shifts. A background check and eligibility verification are required; great teamwork and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred culinary experience across kitchens or healthcare food service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
