Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Skilled in meal preparation following instructions and using cookware.
• Friendly demeanor with good communication.
• Physical fitness and stamina for a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining tables and areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision, following instructions and safety standards.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on time.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup, clearing tables and utensils.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and tidy; wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Support upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
