Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking an energetic Dietary Aide to join our team of professionals responsible for preparing and delivering meals to residents in a healthcare setting.

The role collaborates with dietary staff to plan, cook, and serve meals, ensure safe food handling and sanitation, and maintain a clean kitchen environment while supporting daily operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals and beverages to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen with proper sanitation.
• Assist in delivery and retrieval of food carts, plates, and utensils.
• Monitor food inventory levels and report needs to the Head Cook or Director.
• Attend regular training on dietary requirements and changes.
