Job summary

Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide for a Per Diem role in Patchogue, NY. You will assist with meal service, tray delivery, and maintaining dining areas to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform some physical work.
• Prior experience in food service or cooking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food items to residents.
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors.
• Clean and maintain dining rooms, tray line, dish room, and pot sink areas.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Assist with food preparation and meal setup as needed.
