Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation in Patchogue, NY is seeking a motivated Dietary Aide to support our food service team on a per diem basis. You will portion and serve meals, deliver trays, and help with setup in a collaborative, resident‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform some physical work.
• Prior experience in food service or cooking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food items to residents.
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors.
• Clean and maintain dining rooms, tray line, dish room, and pot sink areas.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Assist with food preparation and meal setup as needed.
