Job summary

River Terrace in Bluffton, IN is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our food service operations and enhance dining for residents in our skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.

You will assist with meal service, help with meal preparation, clean and sanitize work areas, deliver food trays, and follow all safety procedures. Strong teamwork and communication are essential; a high school diploma or GED and being at least 18

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with timely and efficient meal service to residents
• Support meal preparation alongside the cook
• Clean and sanitize worktables, refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment
• Deliver food trays to dining areas and transport used trays to dishwashing areas
• Follow all dietary, sanitation, and safety procedures
