Anberry Nursing and Rehab, Atwater is seeking a Dietary Aide for the full-time PM shift (11AM-7:30PM) with potential AM shifts. Compensation ranges from $18.95 to $20.09 per hour, reflecting a supportive care environment in a skilled nursing facility.

The role focuses on assisting in all food functions, complying with policies, and delivering meals promptly while maintaining sanitation and teamwork with the dietitian and food services director.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when required.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, family, staff and visitors.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in food service areas.

Responsabilités

• Assist in food service with guidance from Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Follow established food policies and procedures.
• Develop rapport with other departments to support resident care.
• Assist in serving meals on time.
• Assist in cleaning duties as required.
• Set up meal trays, carts and dining areas as instructed.
• Assist in meal preparation with cooks.
• Distribute and collect menus as needed.
• Obtain supplies for meals and check diet trays before distribution.
• Deliver carts and trays to designated areas.
