Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Supervisor and Cook as requested.
• Help with meal preparation in accordance with patient dietary needs.
• Assist in serving meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Timely setting up of meal service and delivery of meal trays.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety during prep and cleanup.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Wash and clean cooking equipment and utensils.
• Return clean dishes to storage areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage per facility rules.
• Prepare food supplies for next meal.
• Follow all safety regulations at all times.
