Job summary

Texhoma Christian Care Center is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to assist in food preparation, serving and dining room cleanup in our licensed facility in Texas. The role supports residents and must meet safety and sanitary standards while upholding Christian principles in daily tasks.

The position is available as full-time or part-time with an hourly rate of $13.00. Candidates must be 16+ and able to lift, stand, and communicate effectively with staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate verbally with residents, families, visitors and co-workers.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Capability to stand, walk and perform tasks for the majority of the shift.
• Commitment to Christian principles and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in food preparation, serving and dining room cleanup.
• Ensure safety and sanitary standards are followed in all tasks.
• Support residents with meals and maintain a respectful environment.
