Qualifications

• One-year experience in food service institutional setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
• Understanding of person-centered care.
• Able to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to meet residents' nutritional needs.
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning tasks.
• Prepare food items according to recipes and safe handling guidelines.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and dish machines per procedures.
• Assist with food tray line setup and meal assembly for residents.
