Job summary

Noland Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Dietary/Aide role to assist in dietary preparation and cleanup for residents and guests in our community. The position runs Fulltime from 11:30a to 7:30p, focusing on timely meal services, sanitation, and safe food handling.

Responsibilities include assisting in serving meals, cleaning, setting up dining areas, and delivering meals. Prior food service experience and a HS diploma are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a food service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals on a timely basis.
• Assist in daily cleaning and sanitation of work areas.
• Clean and set up trays, carts and dining room as instructed.
• Operate as a cook as directed.
• Maintain proper food temperatures during prep and service.
• Check therapeutic diet trays before distribution.
• Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Perform dishwashing and cleaning; ensure utensils are ready for next meal.
• Prepare food and supplies for meals.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
• Assist in inventory and storage of dietary supplies.
• Assist in food prep for special events.
• Dispose of food waste per policy.
• Make authorized substitutions and take on additional duties as assigned.
