Job summary

Hireology is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care in a team-focused environment. The role emphasizes reliability, timely completion of duties, and strong teamwork to ensure high-quality care.

You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, prepare and serve meals, and sanitize equipment, contributing to resident satisfaction and safe dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and keep areas tidy per procedures.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies using FIFO where applicable.
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals according to recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
