Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Dietary Aide/Dishwasher for a full-time 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. shift, with a part‑time option 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Monday–Friday. Excellent benefits include health, vision, dental, and PTO. The role involves food preparation, food service, and maintaining sanitary kitchen areas to meet patient dining needs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior health‑care or food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all food service functions to meet patients' dining needs in line with Life Care standards.
• Assist in food preparation and serving while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.
• Support patients with meals and ensure safe, courteous service in a healthcare setting.

Dishwasher/Some Dietary Aide Work

Full Time Monday- Friday 6am to 2:30pm or Part Time Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm

All part-time and full-time associates will earn PTO from their date of hire and are able to utilize them after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period. Accruals are based on all hours worked, which includes regular and overtime hours. PTO Benefits are hours earned that can be used for vacation days, sick days, personal days off, or holidays and you can cash out up to 40 hours per paycheck

As an important member of our team, the Dietary Aide provides assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients’ dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be providing assistance in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior health-care experience preferred
• Prior food services experience preferred
