## Job DescriptionThis position washes dishes and pot and pans, takes trash to the dumpster, sweeps and mops. General cleaning duties as assigned. This person delivers meal trays to patients floors and retrieves carts with used patient trays to dish pit. Put up food stock deliveries in accordance to policies. Heavy lifting and pushing/ pulling. Assist in maintaining kitchen work areas, and keeping equipment, utensils and food plates/containers clean and orderly. Assures personal compliance to all state and federal regulations including pathogens, infection control, use of hazardous materials and fire safety.## QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED (preferred)Certifications: Food Handlers Permit requiredExperience: Prior Food Service experience (preferred)
