Fundamental is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team in Las Vegas on a full-time day shift (6am–6pm). The role involves assisting in meal preparation and service for patients and staff, following menus and diet orders, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure timely, safe meals.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and fluent English. A food handler’s permit is preferred; prior food prep in healthcare is valued. Comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written, spoken).
• Food handler’s permit preferred per local regulations.
• Experience in food prep and service in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and service of meals for patients, employees, and events as directed by Dietary Manager.
• Serve food and snacks per planned menu and patient’s/diet order.
• Assist the Cook by ensuring food is properly prepared, portioned, and served safely on time.
• May wash dishes when necessary or instructed.
