Responsibilities

• Assist cook on duty with non-cooking duties and some cooking tasks while ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Follow planned menu and prepare food and beverages according to recipes and procedures.
• Provide food service to residents and assist in serving beverages and tray cart.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and silverware.
• Clean and sanitize work areas; sweep and mop as needed.
• Assist with meals, drinks, supplements, and snacks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
