Nagel Assisted Living in Waconia, MN, is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our warm, family‑owned Sunflower Communities culinary team. You’ll help prepare and serve nutritious meals, accommodating residents’ dietary needs and preferences in a supportive, friendly environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and Serve Meals: Work with the culinary team to meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences, creating healthy, flavorful menus.
  
• Monitor Residents’ Needs: Observe eating habits and report concerns like loss of appetite or swallowing issues to the appropriate staff.
  
• Maintain Cleanliness: Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning to uphold a safe and sanitary environment.
  
• Operate Kitchen Equipment: Utilize food preparation tools under the guidance of the Executive Chef to ensure quality and presentation.
  

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience in Food Service: Prior experience in food preparation or cooking is required.
  
• Commitment to Cleanliness: Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and a dedication to maintaining a hygienic kitchen.
