You will handle meal service, inventory support, and compliance with policies while providing courteous and compassionate service to residents

Qualifications

• No licensure required
• Ability to read and write legibly
• Ability to give and follow instructions

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, and serve meals per diets and menus.
• Prepare and serve therapeutic, modified, and regular diets.
• Maintain dietary equipment and kitchen appliances.
• Follow sanitation and infection prevention procedures.
• Receive and verify incoming food, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with monthly inventory of food and supplies.
• Prepare meals for resident events and functions.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and labeling.
• Assist with cleaning of food prep areas and dining spaces.
• Report resident safety concerns per policy.
• Provide courteous, compassionate service to residents and families.
