Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handlers Permit.
• Knowledge of high standards of sanitation and food safety.
• Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Place items on trays and prepare utensils and condiments.
• Perform assigned food preparation tasks.
• Serve food on trays at proper time and temperature.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen and maintain clean work area.
• Support cleanliness and orderly work environment.
